He is a holder of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Mathematics in the area of Financial Mathematics from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria.  He holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Mathematics from the same institution. He also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) with First Class Honours from the University of Ado Ekiti, now (Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti), Nigeria.

Dr. Fadugba has published several research papers in both local and international reputable journals in the fields of Mathematics.  He is a member of the IAENG Society of Scientific Computing, Asian Council of Science Editors, and Nigerian Mathematical Society.  He is a Lead Guest Editor of some reputable international journals.

He has served as a research project supervisor at AIMS-Senegal.

His career objective is to engage in research projects that contribute to the sustainable development of society. To achieve this, he plans to continually upgrade his skills in workshops, training, seminars, and conferences.
